The Role of Care Assistant with Us

As a care assistant, you will meet people with different needs and work in their homes. This may involve support in daily life, personal hygiene, and medical interventions. No two days are alike, and the work is stimulating and never boring. Our geographical area extends from Älvsåker and Anneberg to Björkris. If you enjoy following the changes in nature throughout the year, there are great opportunities for that.

You will work according to a schedule that includes days, evenings, and every other weekend.

Your Profile

In addition to enjoying and being interested in people, attention to detail, flexibility, and resilience to stress are required. We prefer that you are a positive and calm person who is also solution-oriented, sees opportunities in changes, takes initiative, and comes up with suggestions for new approaches. You express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

• holds a B driver's license
