About the Position

As a Quality Engineer with us, you will play a central role in developing, ensuring, and driving our quality and environmental work forward. You will work both administratively and practically, closely with the operations and in dialogue with colleagues, customers, and suppliers. The role suits you who enjoys taking responsibility, creating structure, and making a real difference in the organization’s internal processes.

Your Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• Drive deviation management through root cause analyses and preventive actions. You ensure that actions are implemented, follow up on effects, and compile results in clear reports.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation such as work and control instructions, routines, and process descriptions. You will also be responsible for the calibration of tools and measuring instruments.
• Utilize established quality methods such as 8D, FMEA, 5 Whys, lean, Pareto, and other tools for systematic improvement work.
• Participate in visits, audits, and customer dialogues, where you represent the operations and understand the requirements and needs from customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage chemicals in production and ensure correct documentation, storage, and handling according to internal routines and legal requirements.
• Conduct internal rounds within the area, identify areas for improvement, and follow up on the implementation of actions.
• Drive and/or participate in broader improvement projects, where you will have the opportunity to influence processes, work methods, and results on a more overarching level.

We are certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and we plan to implement ISO 45001 by 2026.
You will report to our HSEQ manager and work closely with our quality technicians within the department.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with a relevant education in quality and environment as well as a few years of experience in similar tasks, preferably from the manufacturing industry.

You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and are used to working in business systems, SharePoint, Office programs, and are comfortable with various technical tools and new working methods.

As a person, you are self-driven, social, and motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility for both quality and your tasks. You thrive with your own responsibility and have the ability to plan, structure, and prioritize your work even when the pace is high and quick changes are required. We value flexible and enthusiastic employees with a broad competence and a strong desire to help others.
