About the role

As a Salesperson with us, you will play a key role in building strong and long-term relationships with our customers. You will work both to develop existing customer relationships and to identify new business opportunities within the manufacturing industry.

In this role, you will drive the entire sales process from the first contact and quote to implementation, ensuring that we deliver solutions that meet each customer's specific needs. Your mission is to guide our customers and sell our business system Monitor ERP so they can reach their full potential. You will also work with upselling and present new features in the system to existing customers.

The job involves frequent customer visits to both existing customers and prospects in Sweden. You will work from home and are not bound to the office in Hudiksvall, giving you great flexibility in your daily life.

The sales department is characterized by an open and efficient working method that enables us to meet customer needs and drive the company's sales goals. Most of the team is based at our headquarters in Hudiksvall, but we also have sales offices in Jönköping and Ljungby.

You are a driven, solution-focused person with a strong business sense. You value good service, are open and outgoing, and are used to creating and nurturing customer relationships.

A large part of the work is done independently, which means you have a high self-drive and the ability to take initiative and push the work forward on your own.

To thrive in this role, you should recognize yourself in the following:

• You have experience and enjoy a sales role.
• You have a good understanding of our customers' processes and businesses within the industrial sector.
• You have good knowledge of IT and business systems and understand their structure and functions.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• It is an advantage if you have experience with Monitor ERP or other business systems.
