Group Leaders for Home Care Groups Britsarvet and Herrhagen

We are looking for flexible and committed group leaders for the home care groups Britsarvet and Herrhagen. The groups are part of a joint planning area where close collaboration, good communication, and shared responsibility are an integral part of the work.

The home care groups are based at Britsarvsgården and are responsible for the areas of Herrhagen, Slätta, Britsarvet, Lustigknopp, and surrounding areas. Transportation is by car and bicycle.

The work of the Care Administration is based on a common value base where safety is a central concept in the work with individual clients. In every meeting with the individual, the services of the Care Administration should be characterized by good treatment that ensures respect, integrity, self-determination, continuity, and influence for the individual.

Job Responsibilities

As a group leader, your role includes leading and distributing the day's tasks and ensuring that routines and guidelines are followed. As a group leader, you are the ambassador of the unit, working and acting based on the shared value base and dignity guarantees of the Care Administration. You will also promote good collaboration with employees, clients, relatives, and various stakeholders.

In your role as a group leader, you will also work as a nursing assistant. In home care, you will perform care and service tasks based on SoL, as well as delegated HSL tasks within home healthcare.

Qualifications

The following is required for the role:

• Nursing assistant education
• Extensive experience in home care
• Medication and insulin delegation
• Driver's license and good cycling skills

We are looking for someone who is flexible, solution-oriented, resilient under stress, and has the ability to build trust and good relationships with colleagues, care recipients, relatives, and other partners. As a group leader, you will be the spider in the web and need to juggle many tasks simultaneously. You are expected to contribute to leading the group towards the unit's goals, be a role model in care, and communicate in a humble and clear manner.

Meritorious Qualifications

• Good references from care and support work
• Good knowledge and experience in planning using the TES planning tool
• Good experience with the Treserva operational system

Employment Conditions

Permanent employment with start date according to agreement.
