About the position:You will be responsible for ensuring that our residents' health and medical care needs are met at Granparken Elderly Home. This means independently, in team collaboration and in partnership with the resident and their relatives, being responsible for assessment, diagnostics, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. Another important task is to guide, support, and educate other care staff. We work in several systems, primarily Epsilon, SignIt, and Pascal. We also register in Senior Alert, BPSD, and the Palliative Register, so good computer skills are an advantage. We offer a varied job where you plan your work together with colleagues. The schedule is rolling over 6 weeks, during the day, with weekend shifts every third weekend. The position is a temporary contract at 80%, but we are open to dialogue regarding the extent during the interview.

• We are looking for a licensed nurse

• It is an advantage if you have previous experience as a nurse in elderly care

• You need to have good knowledge of healthcare regulations

• You must have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

• We would like you to have knowledge of documenting based on ICF and KVÅ

• We want you to have good knowledge of the national quality registers relevant to the operations

About us:Granparken Elderly Home is located in central Norrtälje, close to nature, and has 48 apartments, of which 1 unit is intended for people with dementia. Each unit has shared spaces such as a kitchen, dining room, balconies, and a large common room for socializing.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to present an extract from the criminal record and proof of your license. You also need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
