Key Responsibilities:

• Train, guide, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to develop and refine menu items.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and overall kitchen organization.
• Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring every dish meets brand expectations.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and daily kitchen operations accurately and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Supervisor, Line Chef, or in a similar leadership role within a busy kitchen environment.
• Strong understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and culinary best practices.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support kitchen teams.
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
