WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL ENTAIL
- Together with the store manager, you will be responsible for optimizing store routines, ensuring the store is always ready for customers, and achieving good sales results.
- You will ensure weekly campaigns, sales attitude, and a positive, energetic work environment.
- You will support the store manager by communicating, leading, and coaching the store team.
- You will conduct sales training with the staff in the store.
- You are willing to roll up your sleeves and pitch in where needed, from receiving goods to sales.
