We are now looking for a Site Manager who wants to take a key role in our operations within Raw Material Supply.

About the role

As a site manager in the Raw Material Supply segment, you have overall responsibility for the production, sales, and reception of rock materials and circular products. You drive the business through procurement, customer care, and strategic work, while leading your team towards set goals. The role includes responsibility for finance, quality, work environment, and environmental issues, with a combination of strategic work and presence in operations.

You will be part of a competent and dedicated department and work closely with the department's management team. You report to department manager Christian Lindgren and lead the AC area of Southern/Northeastern Skåne with both production and sales staff, where the work spans from landowner contacts and permit assessments to production and sales. Your place of work is Malmö.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead and develop your team to achieve production and business goals.
• Be responsible for budget, results, and resource planning.
• Drive business and procurement within the segment.
• Ensure quality, work environment, and environmental requirements.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and business strategies.

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience in a leadership position within the rock material industry, contracting industry, and/or industrial production.
• Good knowledge of the market and business processes.
• Ability to lead organizations in change.
• Strong financial understanding and business acumen.
• Relevant university education or equivalent experience.
