It is an advantage if you have leadership or management training and competence in areas such as organizational development, innovation, and change management, as well as experience from social services or related fields.

As a leader, you are confident and possess a high degree of personal maturity. You are courageous, self-driven, and clear in your communication and have a pedagogical ability that makes it easy for others to understand direction and goals.
