About the job

As a bicycle expert & responsible for technical support at TCM, you will assist and guide our customers with technical and bicycle-related inquiries. You will work extensively with purchasing advice primarily for online customers, guiding cyclists in product selection, compatibility issues, complaints, and more. The position focuses mainly on online operations, and customer contact occurs alternately via email, phone, and chat.

We highly value creating satisfied and happy customers at TCM, and therefore this position is a key role in the company. Primarily, we are looking for an employee who will be based either in our brand new premises in Söderhamn, Hälsingland, or in our large store in Tyresö, Stockholm.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Helping customers with purchasing advice for bicycles and bicycle accessories.
• Answering questions about compatibility and finding the right products for the customer's specific needs.
• Assisting customers with complaints regarding bicycles and accessories.

In addition, you will also have opportunities to help in our warehouse, in our physical store, work with products on our website, create content, and write product texts on our website, among other things. We are rapidly growing as a company and are in constant development, so there are great opportunities for you to develop both in your role and within the company.

We are looking for someone who:

• Loves helping people and is passionate about making customers happy.
• Has good knowledge of bicycles and technology, preferably with experience as a bicycle mechanic.
• Has a general interest in bicycles and technology, and enjoys learning new things.
• Values satisfied customers highly and is willing to go the extra mile.
• Can express themselves well both verbally and in writing.
• Has good computer skills and is adept at finding information.

Who is TCM?

TCM is a company with big ambitions and strong growth. We operate in two locations in Sweden – Tyresö and Söderhamn – and depending on the season, we have a total of 20-30 employees. The company currently generates approximately 110 million SEK through our e-commerce and physical stores.

In Tyresö, Stockholm, we have one of Sweden's largest bicycle stores. From here, we fulfill online orders and operate a physical store. We have a very close collaboration between our stores, the e-commerce organization, and our large web warehouse in Söderhamn, managing the entire operation as one single company.
