As a Prepress/Packaging Project Leader, you will be a key person in global and local packaging deployment projects – from technical analysis to Good-to-Print.

Your main responsibilities include:- Ensuring technical feasibility and requirements in packaging deployment projects- Ensuring correct and aligned packaging specifications, globally and locally- Preparing briefs and work orders for internal and external parties- Driving the Good-to-Print process and ensuring correct labeling and regulatory compliance- Identifying and solving technical challenges during implementation- Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver market-ready packaging solutions- Contributing to the improvement of processes and working methods for high service quality

• Relevant university education in marketing, business administration, engineering, packaging design, or equivalent.

• 3–5 years of experience as an Account Manager or Project Leader, preferably with a background in Operations and/or FMCG.

• Experience in prepress, graphic production, or packaging development, as well as a good understanding of regulatory requirements and labeling.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Be a structured team player with strong drive, good communication skills, and accustomed to handling many parallel information flows in an international and fast-paced environment.
