RZ Pressmetall is a mechanical workshop that is part of the RZ group.

The RZ group consists of 17 different mechanical workshops in various areas of expertise.

RZ Pressmetall's areas of operation are primarily within hot forging of aluminum components and is a contract manufacturer for several companies in, among others, the defense industry as well as other engineering industries. Our machinery consists of screw and hydraulic presses with pressing forces ranging from 150 tons to 2500 tons, heat treatment furnaces, surface treatment facilities, and a materials laboratory.

Your responsibilities:

The work as an industrial electrician/mechanic with us mainly involves repairing, servicing, and maintaining the company's machinery. A strong focus is placed on preventive maintenance and improvement work, and property maintenance is also included in the role. You will work closely with production to achieve the best understanding and results. You will work with documentation, ordering spare parts, and external services as needed.

Your background/Your qualities:

We are looking for someone with education and/or experience in machine maintenance and machine electronics. If you also have knowledge of hydraulics or property electricity, it is a great merit.

As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and have an easy time collaborating. You are passionate about improvements and have a strong technical interest. You should have a knack for driving and completing ongoing projects, while also having the flexibility to reprioritize when necessary. We place great importance on finding an employee with the right personal qualities.

To thrive and succeed in the role, we believe you have: A background as a maintenance mechanic and electrical maintenance with troubleshooting in the industry. Education in electrical engineering or equivalent experience, as well as fluent skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
