Do you have experience as a leading installer and thrive in a role where you take responsibility, lead teams, and drive projects forward? We are currently looking for leading installers for a longer assignment – with the possibility of direct employment with the client.

 

About the assignment

The assignment is with one of Sweden's largest players in technical installations and contracts, with projects in commercial properties, industry, and community building.

You will be a key person on site, and lead a team of about 10 electricians.

 

Your tasks:

• Lead and distribute work within the team

• Follow up on work quality, pace, and safety

• Participate in installation work as needed

• Communicate with site management and project managers

• Ensure that the project follows drawings, timelines, and material flow

• Report progress and deviations

 

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 4–5 years of experience as a leading installer

• Is confident in leading others and making decisions on site

• Has good technical understanding of electrical installations

• Can read and interpret drawings

• Has experience coordinating with other professions

• Has a B driver's license
  
   

It is a merit if you have:

• Experience from larger contract projects

• Worked in collaboration with technical consultants and clients
