Do you have experience in leadership, or are you currently working as an elevator technician and ready to take the next step in your career? We are now looking for you with industry experience who wants to take a central and responsible role with our client – one of the leading companies in the Nordics.

About our client
Our client is one of Sweden's leading independent players in elevator and door solutions, with a clear focus on sustainable development. With a strong lifecycle perspective, the company strives to always choose the solution that has the least environmental impact, where modernization of existing facilities is often prioritized over new installations. This approach contributes to both reduced resource consumption and increased operational reliability.

The company has a long and stable history in the industry and combines solid technical expertise with an entrepreneurial and customer-oriented approach. By understanding each property's unique needs, sustainable, flexible, and future-proof solutions are created for customers throughout the Nordics.

The corporate culture is characterized by simplicity, commitment, and responsibility – values that permeate everything from everyday work to long-term strategic decisions. There is a clear ambition here not only to follow the development in the industry but to actively drive it forward.

Your responsibilities

In the role of team leader, you have operational responsibility for leading, planning, and distributing the daily work for the elevator technicians in Södermanland & Östergötland and surrounding areas. You are a present leader who acts as the link between technicians, customers, and department managers, ensuring that the work is carried out efficiently, safely, and with high quality.

A central part of the role is to receive and assess incoming assignments as well as plan and follow up on new installations, service, and repair work. You work with the entire process – from site visits and planning start to implementation, financial follow-up, and budget per project. At the same time, you contribute to both short- and long-term planning of the department's operations.

You are also responsible for personnel-related issues such as staff meetings, ongoing follow-up, and support for employees in their daily work. Workplace safety is an obvious part of your mission, where you conduct daily risk analyses and work for a safe and secure workplace.

The role also includes administrative tasks, such as invoice management, material purchasing, inventory and warranty follow-up, and handling complaints according to the company's guidelines. You have regular contact with customers regarding planning, execution, and follow-up of assignments and collaborate with both internal and external parties, such as suppliers, industry organizations, and authorities. With a clear customer focus, you always strive for high customer satisfaction and long-term relationships at all levels.

THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who currently works as an elevator technician and wants to take the next step in their career, or someone who already has experience in a leadership role within the industry. You thrive on responsibility, have good planning skills, and a natural ability to make both people and technology work together.

You likely have a post-secondary education or equivalent experience, and feel comfortable working in both operational and administrative systems. You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and hold a B driver's license.

As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and maintain the big picture even when the pace is high. You are communicative, collaborative, and at the same time comfortable making your own decisions. With order, commitment, and a focus on improvement, you contribute to both the team's and the organization's continued development.

Employment and recruitment process

The position is a permanent employment that begins with a 6-month probationary period. The employment is with our client and the role includes a company car. We would like the start date to be as soon as possible, but we fully understand any notice period – please indicate your notice period in your application.

The recruitment process is handled by StudentConsulting and the responsible recruiter is Tobias Hermansson. Selection and interviews are conducted continuously, which means that the position may be filled before the application deadline.
