Instrument/Automation Electrician at Yara in Köping

In this role, you will work closely with production on both preventive and corrective maintenance, improvements, and technical modifications that ensure safe and reliable operations at our facility in Köping.

You will be part of a maintenance team of about 20 people, where you will be part of the electrical and instrumentation group. This is a very practical role close to the operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on instrumentation equipment and in the automation area.
• Perform ISO checks on measuring equipment according to the quality system. You will work with equipment such as measuring instruments (pressure, flow, etc.), control valves, analyzers, and control and automation systems.
• The work is carried out according to work orders and work permits, where documentation in the maintenance system is a natural part of the role.
• Working hours – daytime with scheduled on-call duty

Your Qualifications

• You have a technical education in instrumentation technology and automation combined with relevant work experience, preferably from the process industry.
• You speak and write Swedish fluently; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience with DeltaV, Valvelink, AMS, or similar systems is an advantage.
• You have a driver's license with B category

Your Attributes

• You are responsible, meticulous, quality- and safety-conscious.
• You enjoy working in a team but can also work independently.
• You have the ability to build good relationships and strong collaboration skills as there are many contact points.

The employment begins with a probationary period of 6 months, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position.
