JOB DESCRIPTION

The position of Service Technician means you will work in the field and meet our customers daily. You will, among other things:

 Conduct service and deliver goods

 Troubleshoot simpler technical issues with coffee and water machines

 Spend most of your day with our customers

 Be part of an exciting and stimulating development in a growing company

 Have the opportunity to work in a competent team characterized by structure and freedom with responsibility.

PERSON REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in the service industry. We prefer that you are self-motivated, proactive, and have a positive attitude. Experience in technical service and troubleshooting is an advantage. To succeed in the role of Service Technician, you will also need:

 Social skills and preferably a background in our industry

 The ability to work independently with a planned and structured approach

 A drive to complete tasks and a knack for problem-solving

 Comfort in communicating in both Swedish and English

 A valid driver's license (B)
