Your tasks

You have a central role in ensuring that everyday life in the school runs smoothly. In your work, you will have daily contact with students, staff, other employees, and external suppliers. Your tasks include property maintenance, repairs and maintenance, orders, inventory management, as well as handling alarms and keys. The work takes place in a dynamic and developing environment in close collaboration with the school's staff.

Your qualifications

We are looking for someone who has a completed high school education and good knowledge of property maintenance and groundskeeping. If you have previous experience in service-oriented work, property maintenance, experience working in a school suitable for the position, or have previously worked in a similar role, we see it as a positive. As a caretaker with us, you will have contact with different people: students, staff, external suppliers, and more. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is calm, attentive, and accommodating in their interactions and can collaborate well with others. You have an easy time prioritizing among many different tasks and are meticulous and well aware of goals and quality standards. You can easily adapt to changing circumstances and see opportunities in changes.

Before you can be employed, you need to present an approved extract from the police's criminal record.

In connection with the interview, you need to prove your citizenship. You can do this with a passport or a personal certificate together with an ID document. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must show that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit.
