In this role, you will install ASSA ABLOY's entrance solutions for customers across Sweden - sometimes even abroad (rarely). You will work from home, in the Västerås area, and have access to a company car (not a benefit car). The job combines technical knowledge with practical craftsmanship and involves both independent work as well as teamwork.

Main Responsibilities

Carry out installations included in the contract after new construction or renovation. The work includes performing installations of contracted products and filling in/updating documentation.

Responsibilities and Authority

• Perform installation of applicable products
• Report completed assignments to the customer and AAES
• Receive additional orders
• Interrupt or prevent work that poses an obvious danger to oneself or others or that violates applicable legislation
• Be responsible for ensuring that equipment such as service vehicles, tools, and protective equipment are kept in good condition
• Be responsible for personal safety
• If necessary, act as a leading installer in connection with installations together with subcontractors

Competencies:

• Good knowledge of AAES products
• Good knowledge of mechanics
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, electrical safety, and relevant adjacent systems for the products
• Hydraulics where applicable

Job Requirements:

3-year high school diploma in electrical engineering, mechanics, or equivalent or relevant vocational training

Desirable:

• Experience in installation
• Hot work certification
• Lift training

Languages:

• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Basic knowledge of English in speech and writing

Other:

A valid driver's license (B) is required
