We are looking for an installation electrician!

We are now looking for you who want to work as an installation electrician and be part of Harju Elekter's expansion journey in Västerås. Here you will have the chance to work in newly built and bright premises with large common areas, as well as the opportunity to help build up the business.

Some of your responsibilities:

• You will perform installation of medium voltage switchgear, low voltage equipment, control cabinets, and general electrical work in the technical houses we produce.
• You will carry out self-checks and quality control according to our internal routines.
• As an installation electrician, you will also work on developing processes and routines for both installation and testing.
• Stay updated on our manufacturers' and subcontractors' products.
• Have the opportunity to work on various projects where you are responsible for the project's quality and delivery of complete technical houses with technical installations.

Who are you?

• We are looking for someone who has good collaboration skills, is meticulous, and solution-focused.
• You should feel confident in taking command and leading the work and the team forward.
• You enjoy working towards common goals and think it is important to meet deadlines and maintain a high quality in your work.
• You have knowledge of Swedish and English.

To succeed in this role, you need the following experience:

• At least two years of experience in the installation of switchgear and general electrical work.
• You should have worked with similar installation work before.
• Experience in reading and understanding electrical diagrams.

Preferred qualifications:

• Education in electrical engineering, construction, technology, or equivalent.
• Forklift and overhead crane certificates.

The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month initial probation period on a full-time basis, located in Västerås, starting by agreement.
