Höganäs Omsorg is looking for engaged and caring individuals for summer internships in support services. We offer you a meaningful job where you are a hero in someone else's everyday life. You will have the chance to grow as a person and develop qualities such as empathy, creativity, and courage.

In Support Services, you work supportively and guidingly with a pedagogical approach so that our care recipients can, as far as possible, live like others with quality of life, good living conditions, and participation. Our operations work with all ages, and the needs of care recipients vary, including individuals with mild disabilities needing pedagogical support to those with severe disabilities requiring more care.

We offer internship positions in:

  • group/service housing and daily activities

We offer monthly internships.

Regardless of which operation you will work in, you will of course receive a solid introduction so that you feel secure in your role.

QUALIFICATIONS

We place great emphasis on personal suitability, good collaboration skills, and a willingness and curiosity to learn more. You are secure, engaged, independent, and have good communication skills. You want to help people live their best lives.

You may have some form of education and/or experience in the profession, but it is not a requirement.

Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old.

  • For certain positions/placements, you need to have a B driver's license.
  • You must be able to complete an approved delegation test together with a nurse.

You need good knowledge of the Swedish language, and if you proceed in the recruitment process, you will need to take a language test.

To have the best possible summer planning, we appreciate if you can work continuously for at least 6 weeks during the period of week 24-35, even better if you can work the whole summer! Introduction will take place outside of these weeks. With us, you will work varying hours such as day/evening, night, and weekends, depending on the operation. The variation allows you to also enjoy the summer alongside your job.

If you are called for an interview, you need to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
