JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for someone who appreciates working with elderly people and values social interaction in everyday life. As a care assistant in a nursing home, you will be a key person in our team. The tasks vary depending on the needs of the clients. In general, your main tasks will include:

• Providing personal care and support to our residents.
• Performing medical tasks as delegated by a nurse.
• Collaborating with colleagues and other professionals to ensure high-quality care.
• Contributing to a positive and developing work environment.
• Documenting and reporting according to established routines.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
• Experience in care work
• Education as a care assistant
• Ability to receive HSL delegation
• Good computer skills
• Good documentation skills
• Experience in interacting with clients and their relatives
• Experience in dementia care
• Experience working in a team
• Experience in low-arousal approaches
• Experience in driving change initiatives
