JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The job involves working as a care assistant at Hagalund's special housing within elderly care, on a department for residents with cognitive impairment (dementia). We are a workplace with positive and caring colleagues. We work in teams and understand the importance of helping each other. We use the planning tool Lifecare, which ensures that all care recipients receive the right interventions.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a trained care assistant. It is desirable that you have experience working in elderly care. Team-based work is a given for us. The position is in a department where care recipients with cognitive impairment (dementia) live, which is why we see that previous experience in dementia care is meritorious. We also work with the tool BPSD. We highly value a good working environment, and therefore our values are our guiding star.
