JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to be part of our team? We are now looking for two new colleagues for our dementia department at Kvarngården's special housing.

We are looking for someone who is engaged and interested in care work within elderly care. With us, you will meet our wonderful care recipients who need support and help to live under safe conditions and have an active and meaningful existence in community with others. We are a lovely group of about 30 employees who focus on the care recipient. The housing is divided into four departments (two floors) where we work together to create a good work environment and well-being. As an employee with us, you will have the opportunity to perform various HSL assignments and represent what you are interested in within care work. The job responsibilities also include regular tasks in a special housing facility with personal care, activation, service tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and food handling, as well as delegated health and medical care tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant. It is desirable that you have experience in care work within elderly care. Previous experience in dementia care is an advantage.

You should be attentive, flexible, stress-resistant, and have a professional demeanor. You should be able to work independently as well as in a team. We see that you have the ability to listen and understand the needs of the care recipients and find it easy to collaborate.

We work daily in the Life Care system, and you should therefore be able to document according to the social services guidelines for social documentation. You need to have basic computer skills and be able to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish.
