About the client and who we are looking for:

The client is a young man with disabilities, around 25 years old, living in Sälen, in Malung-Sälen Municipality. He is looking for someone who believes that life is worth living and wants a varied and fun job as a personal assistant.

It is beneficial if you are a cheerful, positive, and flexible person who enjoys coming up with fun activities. Experience in the profession is a plus, but not a requirement. The most important thing for him is that the chemistry between you matches and that you are responsible and reliable.

He needs someone who can help and support him in his daily life with everything it entails, as well as during various activities. In other words, your workplace is wherever he is.

You should have a physical ability that does not hinder you from assisting him with transfers to and from his wheelchair when needed. There are mobility aids available at home, and he uses a manual wheelchair indoors and can drive his electric wheelchair outdoors.

As a person, he is positive, kind, and caring. He enjoys talking about everything under the sun, and his knowledge base is impressive in the areas he is particularly interested in. He considers himself quite funny and has a good sense of humor. He enjoys video games, documentaries on TV, and some sports.

About the position:

On-call substitute as needed

Varied working hours: Day, afternoon/evening, on-call, and sometimes overnight.

We conduct interviews on an ongoing basis, so the position may be filled before the application period ends.

We perform background checks.
