About the position
We are now looking for a creative and driven Marketing Coordinator with graphic skills who wants to step into a temporary position during our colleague's parental leave. The temporary position lasts for about 12–15 months and is an important role in our marketing team.

As a Marketing Coordinator with us, you will work broadly with marketing – from content creation and graphic material to project management of campaigns, fairs, and events. You will be a central part in ensuring continuity and further development of our marketing efforts during the period and will also have ample opportunity to contribute your own ideas and initiatives. You will report to the Head of Marketing & PR.

Our source, factory, and office are located in Mörarp, just outside Helsingborg. For this position, we prefer you to be based in western Skåne or in Stockholm.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and coordinating marketing content for digital channels as well as printed material.
• Collaborating with agencies and graphic designers to ensure high quality in our marketing materials.
• Planning, project managing, and executing fairs and events.
• Driving campaigns, producing sales materials, and supporting our ambassadors and salespeople in Stockholm and other locations.
• Actively contributing to our presence on social media and updating and maintaining our website and online shop.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a good sense of relevant, creative, and effective marketing.
• Has basic knowledge and interest in graphic design and digital tools. You do not need to be an expert, but you should be able to update brochures and create simple content for social media.
• Has experience in campaign work and using social media and digital platforms to increase visibility and impact.
• Is structured, self-driven, and used to managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Thrives in a growing company with a non-prestigious culture where people help each other.
• Communicates clearly, both in short messages and in longer texts.
• Shares our commitment to sustainability and wants to contribute to positive change through sustainable solutions.
• Is social, communicative, and confident in taking responsibility.
• Has a driver's license and the ability to travel if necessary.
