About the RoleWe are looking for an engaged and analytical Strategic Sourcing Senior Professional for our client in Landskrona. The role is 100% onsite and reports to the Procurement Manager. You will drive strategic sourcing activities for your categories and suppliers, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to cost-effective and reliable solutions.

You will be part of a competent team of 13 people, and your mission includes both operational and strategic sourcing issues, focusing on delivery reliability, quality, and total cost.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop the supplier base with a focus on delivery, quality, and total cost.

• Identify and qualify new suppliers together with quality and technology.

• Lead supplier evaluations and initiate improvement projects as needed.

• Conduct RFQs and procurements and negotiate terms.

• Manage contracts, NDAs, framework agreements, and general contractual terms in accordance with company guidelines.

• Identify, implement, and follow up on cost-saving initiatives.

• Drive SCM-related issues to support the business.

Qualifications and Experience

• Academic degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics or engineering).

• Excellent communication and networking skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities.

• High degree of personal responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

• Fluent in Swedish and English.

• Technical interest is a plus.

• Experience with SAP S4Hana is an advantage.

• The assignment is onsite in Landskrona.

• A drug test, SSG-Entré certificate, and signed confidentiality agreement are required before the assignment.
