Molnet Personal Assistance is an assistance provider for individuals entitled to personal assistance according to the LSS Act on Support and Service to Certain Disabled Persons. Our operations are characterized by flexible solutions with high quality, accessibility, and great commitment to both customers and assistants.

We are now looking for engaged and reliable hourly substitutes for our customers with personal assistance.

As a personal assistant, you will work in the customer's home and local environment to provide support in daily life. The tasks may vary depending on the customer's needs but often involve assisting with personal care, communication, transfers, activities, and household chores. You will work closely with the customer and be an important part of their life and independence.

You should be a person who is attentive, positive, empathetic, secure, and calm, and have a strong commitment to the profession of personal assistant. Being flexible and available is seen as very positive.

It is important that you understand the importance of being professional in your role. You should also be responsible, able to work independently, and solve tasks on your own in consultation with the customer.

The positions vary in scope and working hours are scheduled for day, evening, night, and weekend depending on the customer's needs. Both full-time, part-time, and hourly employment are available.

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability during recruitment. Previous experience is not a requirement.
