We are now looking for personal assistants who want to work with one of our clients in Hörby. We are seeking assistants for both on-demand employment and fixed-term employment. The client is a cheerful, energetic, and strong-willed 17-year-old boy with autism and intellectual disabilities. He is looking for someone who is lively, alert, and wants an active job, but who is also secure and stable in themselves. You need to be able to stay one step ahead as he requires constant attention and supervision. It is important that you do not have any animal allergies as the family has cats.

The tasks involve helping the boy with everything in daily life, from meal and hygiene situations to suggesting and accompanying him to activities such as football, swimming, or various events.

We prefer that you have some experience working within LSS, or personal experiences with individuals with intellectual disabilities. You need to constantly work from a low-arousal approach and understand its significance. The boy is seeking contact and communicative, so we see it as an advantage if you have experience with visual support and TAKK as the boy does not have any speech.

If you have experience and/or a burning interest in working with children and young people, it is a big plus. The most important thing is your personal qualities and that you have a genuine desire to learn and develop together with the boy.

Having a driver's license and access to a car is a requirement.

• Employment Type: On-demand and fixed-term employment

• Working Hours: Shifts primarily include afternoons and evenings as well as weekends and occasional on-call.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
