The Surgical Clinic is now looking for a new colleague to join our team! Are you perhaps in your second year as a healthcare administration student? Don’t hesitate to apply. At the Surgical Clinic, we treat patients with issues from head to toe. We have both acute and elective operations, which means there is a great variety in the work as a medical secretary. Here, we treat both benign and malignant diseases.
We are looking for
We are now looking for you who are a trained medical secretary or healthcare administrator. You should have knowledge of Cosmic, and it is advantageous if you have experience from VAS and have diagnosis classification training.
We place great importance on personal qualities. To thrive in this role, you are confident, stable, and have good self-awareness and can adapt to the situation. You have good collaboration skills and value and see the benefits of working with others. Furthermore, you are loyal and can plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
What you will work with
With us, you will have a varied and stimulating workday where you are a key person in the daily operations of the clinic. Your main tasks will include: Writing journals in Cosmic, handling mail and referrals, registration within standardized care pathways (SVF), and other administrative tasks related to patient flow.

Information about the position
We now offer a permanent full-time position. Working hours are during the day. Start date according to agreement. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
