Bruksbacken Care and Nursing Home

Bruksbacken Care and Nursing Home is located in a picturesque area by the Sävar River.

We work to ensure that residents receive the best possible care. Our work is characterized by empathy and attentiveness to individual needs. Residents should feel safe, and we operate according to an individual care and implementation plan that addresses each person's specific needs.

We are now looking for more team members to join our proud team, two nursing assistants for permanent positions and two care staff for temporary positions!

Your Responsibilities

You will assist residents with personal care and, upon delegation from the responsible nurse, perform medical tasks. Your responsibilities also include documenting actions and health status. As a contact person, you will ensure that goals and interventions from the implementation plan are known and executed.

About You

To work as a nursing assistant, you need to have completed nursing assistant training and have experience working as a nursing assistant or in a care and nursing home. Experience in elderly care is an advantage.

For the temporary positions as care staff, you need to have care and nursing education and experience in care, preferably from elderly care.

To communicate with users, relatives, and colleagues, write and access care documentation, and receive medication delegation, you must have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.

Your interaction with residents requires good competence based on personal suitability, maturity, and empathetic ability. You demonstrate a strong commitment to both users and the organization in all relationships and actions. You enjoy working independently and are patient and proactive. You have a good ability to collaborate and cooperate with colleagues, relatives, and other professionals.

Since dogs may be present in the workplace, you should not be allergic to pets. Smoking may also occur.

It is not a requirement, but you should have a driver's license and access to a car as bus connections do not always align well with working hours, or alternatively, reside in Sävar.

Working hours are scheduled for day/evening and weekends.

A temporary position, care staff, from 2026-04-01 to 2026-09-01 in the departments Milan/Smeden.
A temporary position, care staff, from 2026-02-02 to 2026-09-01 in the departments Mjölnaren/Patronen.
A permanent position as a nursing assistant in Mjölnaren/Patronen, starting 2026-03-01.
A permanent position as a nursing assistant in Milan/Smeden, starting 2026-05-01.
