ABOUT THE JOB

We are now looking for a care assistant for Norrmalm Home Care.

Within home care, we have a changing workplace where we encounter new exciting challenges daily. Our work is to make a difference for those living in their own homes, ensuring their quality of life is as good as possible. This means that we, as employees, need to have a professional approach and a good attitude.

Your main tasks will be to perform care and nursing interventions in the individual's home. The work involves assisting individuals with personal care, escorting, walks, social interaction, and household tasks. You will work with people with different needs and conditions. You will also take responsibility for various areas and perform documentation via computer. The work involves day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Within Support, Care, and Nursing, we work to make full-time employment the norm. To enable full-time work, flexibility in the organization is required. This means that you, as an employee with us, may work in different units within our area of operations as needed.

We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant or has another care education that the employer considers equivalent. Experience from home care or special housing is seen as an advantage. You are passionate about helping others and enjoy supporting individuals towards a meaningful life. As an employee in home care, you need to be able to work independently under your own responsibility while seeing the work group as an asset and being able to collaborate easily with others. Since the job requires travel by car, it is desirable that you hold a valid driver's license (category B). Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
