Dentist for Public Dental Service in Vilhelmina and Storuman

We are now looking for dentists for the Public Dental Service clinics in Vilhelmina and Storuman. We provide modern and health-oriented dental care for both children and adults. Our facilities are bright and newly renovated, equipped with good tools and digital aids such as the voice recognition tool Vocal Voxit and digital scanners, along with close collaboration with other dental clinics within the unit. With Folktandvården Lycksele as the hub, these clinics operate for good and close care, where together with the population we create the best conditions for good and equitable dental health. Living here offers opportunities to experience the little extra in life. It is close to beautiful untouched nature, with a wide range from forests to mountains, including fishing, hiking trails, snowmobiling, and skiing just around the corner. Here you can develop your interests in outdoor life, in a mountain-close and peaceful environment, both in summer and winter. Folktandvården Västerbotten provides general dental care, specialist dental care in all specialties, and operates dental technical services. We also participate in the clinical education of dentists, dental hygienists, dental nurses, and dental technicians. We offer modern and well-equipped clinics and are at the forefront of research and development through our close collaboration with the Department of Odontology at Umeå University. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a dentist with us, you contribute knowledge and commitment that makes people feel secure and ensures our patients have good conditions for oral health.

We offer a varied job with patients of all ages and different care needs. As a dentist with us, you will be an important player in the clinic's team, where you can use your entire competence and contribute to a professional care of our patients. You will work both independently and in a team with dental hygienists and dental nurses, and have regular therapy meetings. We offer good development opportunities and the chance to work within your areas of interest. We are proud of the collaboration that exists between our clinics, and work at one or more of the workplaces included in the base unit may be relevant. We use computerized appointment booking and journal T4 as well as Vocal Voxit.

QUALIFICATIONS

For this job, you need to be a licensed dentist with an interest and commitment to quality-oriented dental care for children and adults. We prefer that you have a few years of professional experience. As a person, you are engaged, knowledgeable, and passionate about performing your work with high quality and customer satisfaction.

You are responsible and see care as a natural part of the job. Your working method is structured, and you take the initiatives and decisions required in your role. We value good communication skills and a positive attitude. You are calm, flexible, have an easy time collaborating, and have the ability to see the patient's needs from a holistic perspective. You are positive about change work and actively contribute to creating a good working environment where patient safety and quality are the foundation of daily work. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

We also prefer that you have experience with the journal system T4 and good computer skills. A driver's license is required as work at multiple clinics may occur.
