We offer care and service to our customers through assistance decisions or as a RUT service. Based on the customer's needs, we ensure to collaboratively design a safe service that is tailored to their needs and wishes. We actively work with a fixed care contact and to meet the needs and routines of our customers, we prioritize small workgroups with good continuity. We have our own quality management system and systematically work with quality assurance in the business – we can always improve.

Today, the company has over 1400 employees including nursing assistants, caregivers, and cleaners. We have specialized competence in dementia and palliative care. The name Allegio comes from the Latin Legio which means “chosen personnel” – it is based on this motto that we work: we know that we provide the best service when we also have the best and most dedicated staff!

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with individual clients, respecting our customers and providing the absolute best service is very important.

It is essential that you handle the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

The employment is a probationary period of 6 months that can then transition into a permanent position, 100% with work every other weekend.

We use bicycles in this unit.

Interviews are conducted continuously, with start date according to agreement but as soon as possible.
