We are located opposite Långbroparken, near Fruängens Centrum.Job Description We are now looking for someone who can work on an hourly basis with us now and can also work on a schedule during the summer months of May-September 2026.About You We are looking for someone who is driven to work with people and make a real difference for our clients every day. You have the ability to empower and support clients in all aspects of daily life. As a person, you are meticulous and engaged with clients and their relatives. You find it easy to collaborate, have a pedagogical approach, and contribute to a positive and pleasant atmosphere in our workplace. We are looking for someone with experience in care work, preferably with a nursing assistant education or equivalent training, and if you have previously worked in elderly care and with individuals who have a dementia diagnosis. Great importance is placed on interaction, communication, and documentation in the journal system.

Qualifications

• Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 points.

• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)

• Good computer skills/computer familiarity

You enjoy providing good service, creating strong relationships, and want to enhance the quality of life for our clients. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about elderly care and can see the individual’s needs.

About the Recruitment Process
