We are looking for an experienced occupational therapist for an assignment within municipal healthcare. The assignment is 100 percent and runs from February 26 to May 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension. Working hours are weekdays during the day. The assignment is in another location.

About the assignment

The assignment is part of the municipality's healthcare organization and includes rehabilitation in ordinary housing and special housing forms. The work is performed on-site at two facilities.

As an occupational therapist, you are responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and following up on rehabilitation efforts according to applicable legislation. You will work with activity and function assessments, treatments, as well as prescribing and following up on assistive devices.

The role also includes guidance and advice to nursing staff, documentation of performed interventions, and collaboration with physiotherapists, nurses, and other professionals in the team.

Qualifications

• Licensed occupational therapist
• Experience working in municipal healthcare is an advantage
• Good ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience with the SBAR communication model
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with documentation and digital systems
