As an employee in the Resource Team, you play an important role with us. You will be placed periodically in different teams based on needs. Sometimes there is a need for you to cover short vacancies at short notice. As a nurse in the Resource Team, you will work in our ASIH teams in Upplands-Väsby, Sollentuna, Täby, Lidingö, and Vällingby.

For this flexibility, we offer a generous salary supplement every month in addition to the base salary.

We are looking for someone who

  • is a licensed nurse with at least 2 years of experience from inpatient care, ASIH, or equivalent. If you have a VUB in palliative care, oncology, geriatrics, or as a DSK, it is an asset but not a requirement.

  • works evidence-based and is professional in your approach while prioritizing the patient

  • is flexible and open to new challenges

  • is a team player and appreciates working in multidisciplinary teams

  • has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

  • A driving license B is required

You have good communication skills and are adaptable in your approach. You are interested in teamwork. You need to adjust your work pace depending on the current situation. You have the ability to analyze and propose appropriate measures.

Employment conditions

  • Employment type: Temporary position until 2026-08-31 with possible extension

  • Scope: 80-100%

  • Full-time measure: 37 hours/week

  • Day, evening, and weekend shifts. 2 weekends out of 5

  • Start date: By agreement

  • Salary: Individual salary setting with a generous salary supplement

  • Collective agreement exists

  • Other: We document in Take Care and use Epsilon as a planning tool. We also use an AI-based documentation program, Tandem Health
