We need to expand our team with an additional trained specialist nursing assistant who wants to work with us.

Our goal is good care and individualized support for the elderly, and by working in a team with nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and care staff, we collaborate around the elderly to achieve that. The operation is run by two unit managers who provide close leadership. Magdalenagården is a care and nursing home with 24 somatic places and 42 dementia places spread over six floors. Magdalenagården is perfectly located by Mariatorget with proximity to train and bus connections.

For the right person, there are good development opportunities. We are six care and nursing homes in Södermalm under our own management, and we collaborate to work as uniformly as possible. There are good wellness opportunities where the administration has an active wellness program, with wellness grants and the possibility to purchase very affordable annual passes to Stockholm's municipal swimming pools including gyms.

We also offer the possibility of vacation exchange. With us, you will work as a nursing assistant on a rotating schedule with day/evening and weekend every other week, and you will always have several colleagues on site.

Your qualifications and experience

Requirements for education as a specialist nursing assistant with a few years of experience. It is an advantage if you have worked with the journal system ParaSOL, but it is not a requirement. You must master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

To work with the elderly and people with disabilities in their homes, with the City of Stockholm, you must provide an extract from the criminal record.
