We are looking for an experienced dental nurse who wants to work extra mainly on Fridays and weekends at our clinic in Västerhaninge. The clinic works with both implants and surgery as well as general dentistry. You will be a key person close to the treatment and in the patient flow.

Your mission

• Assist in implant and surgical procedures (setup, sterile working methods, suction/assistance, material handling).
• Sterile work: instrument handling, disinfectors, autoclave, traceability, and self-control according to routine.
• X-ray & scanning: take intraoral images and work with an intraoral scanner.
• Delegated work according to current guidelines.
• Contribute to a safe, efficient patient flow and a warm reception.

Requirements

• Trained dental nurse.
• Documented experience in surgery/implant assistance or strong clinical experience from advanced treatment.
• Top-class hygiene and sterilization routines (asepsis, sterile field, correct flow in sterile).
• Swedish in speech and writing.
• Confident in a delegated role and meticulous in documentation.

Meritorious

• Experience with OPG/panorama and/or workflows around CBCT.
• Familiarity with digital journal systems (e.g., Muntra) and digital booking.
• Experience in surgical teamwork (“four-handed dentistry”).

About the position

• Scope: Extra as needed, mainly Fridays & weekends. Sometimes with short notice. Possibility for more shifts in case of absence/increased occupancy.
• Start: By agreement, preferably immediately.
• Location: Västerhaninge (easy to reach, close to commuter train; free parking in the area).
