Job Responsibilities:

Become part of our dedicated team of 3 occupational therapists and 3 physiotherapists:

• Plan and implement occupational therapy interventions
• Guide and instruct care staff for quality assurance
• Participate in development work and projects within elderly care
• Collaborate with other professional groups to ensure high-quality care
• Actively contribute to national quality registers

About the Workplace

As an occupational therapist in Nynäshamn municipality, you will be an integral part of the municipality's health and medical care team. Together with nurses, physiotherapists, and care staff at our care homes, day activities, and LSS adults, you will create conditions for residents to experience a high quality of life. Your work will be varied, with new challenges every day, and we always strive to achieve the best for each individual.

The work also includes:

• Multidisciplinary collaboration based on the individual's specific needs
• Delegation of medical interventions with subsequent follow-up
• Documentation in a database journal to ensure clear and accurate documentation

What We Are Looking For

To succeed in the role of occupational therapist, you have:

• Licensure as an occupational therapist
• Driver's license (B) with good driving experience
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written
• We are looking for an individual with planning and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and in a team

It is an advantage if you have:

• Education and experience in elderly care or functional variation/LSS
