About Villa Sarvträsk
Located near Orminge center in Saltsjö-Boo, the popular Villa Sarvträsk offers both nursing and dementia care with a total of 74 places. The facility has recently been expanded, and the first new places opened on October 1, 2025.
About the role
As a physiotherapist, you will be part of a team together with occupational therapists, activity coordinators, nurses, and care staff. Together, you are tasked with enhancing quality of life. You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs.
In the role of physiotherapist, you will work with the residents to find the best ways to utilize their own abilities in daily life. You support and motivate individuals to develop and maintain their mobility. This often involves:
assessing/treating residents' movement problems and disabilities
prescribing and fitting medical aids
working preventively by educating other staff on transfer techniques to avoid strain injuries.
