This is Aleris ASIH Nynäshamn Here, doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, dietitians, social workers, and occupational therapists work together – all with a common goal: to provide the best care at home. We are part of Aleris Primary Care, which also includes a specialized palliative care unit, basic home healthcare, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Urgent Care.

Aleris ASIH is located in several places in Stockholm, and ASIH Nynäshamn is situated in central Nynäshamn with proximity to commuter trains and buses. We operate within a defined geographical area and use environmentally classified cars between patient visits.

We work with the TakeCare journal system. Digital tools are part of our working method.

Who are you?

• You are a licensed nurse with at least two years of experience

• You have a B driver's license and speak/write Swedish fluently

• You are confident in your role, have good medical competence, and enjoy collaborating

• If you have worked in ASIH, basic home healthcare, or a palliative care unit, it is an advantage.

• If you are a specialist nurse in oncology, palliative care, or a district nurse, it is an advantage.
