At the health center, a wide range of competencies collaborate, including specialists in general medicine, diabetes nurses, asthma/COPD nurses, district nurses, psychologists, nursing assistants, and an in-house lab.

About the position

We are now looking for a licensed nurse who wants to become part of our team. The position is versatile and involves work in both home care (HSV) and at the clinic. Here you will have a central role where your professional competence and patient-centered work make a difference every day.

Your main responsibilities

• Nursing, examinations, and treatment at the clinic.
• Planning, implementation, and follow-up of care within home care.
• Patient consultations, advice, and education.
• Teamwork and close collaboration with other professionals at the health center.
• Documentation in our journal system.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed nurse.
• Has experience or a strong interest in working both at the clinic and in home care.
• Is patient-centered, independent, and cooperative.
• Experience with the journal system Take Care is an advantage.
