The primary care sector is on an exciting development journey, and we are now looking for a new operations manager for Rissne Health Center.
Rissne Health Center is a region-driven health center. About 25 employees work here, and 7,000 patients have chosen to register with us. We are located in newly renovated premises next to the Rissne subway station, 15 minutes from T-Centralen. The area has a mixed population, including seniors, young adults, and families with children. We provide standard health center services, including home care and have our own medical foot care. Through our digital platform “Always Open,” we offer care via video meetings and chat.

With us, you will have the opportunity to lead change, drive development, and inspire an engaged team. The role of operations manager entails overall responsibility for the entire results unit, including finances, personnel, environment, and working conditions.
You will be part of a management group together with other operations managers in the area and in various network forums with nearby healthcare partners. You will have support in your daily work and work closely with the local economist and HR partner.
As a new manager in SLSO, you will participate in an introductory program and be offered a mentor. Within the organization, there are various career paths, and we are committed to your leadership development, providing various training initiatives.
About you
You have an academic education in health and medical care and experience in primary care and its care agreements. Documented experience in management and leadership roles is an advantage.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping both the organization and employees grow. As a leader, you are attentive, clear, and decisive. You have the ability to create an open work climate that fosters participation and engagement among your employees and as part of developing the organization together with employees, patients, and relatives. You are structured, present, and engaged, and a person who sees the big picture. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
Employment form
Permanent employment, full-time in your professional role, and in the position of operations manager, you will receive a fixed-term appointment for three years, which can then be extended.

For patient-related work within the Stockholm County Health Care Area:
- background checks will be applied before hiring decisions according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for background checks during employment.
- employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment health examination, according to applicable directives, which will be conducted through occupational health services before employment.
- in addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
