CWS Sweden AB continues its growth journey and is now looking for business-driven salespeople for our office in Skara. With us, you will have a central role where you are responsible for the entire sales process – from the first contact to an established customer.

In this role, you will work with:

• Responsibility for new customer acquisition and driving the entire sales process from prospect to established customer
• Onboarding new B2B customers in collaboration with Customer Care
• Creating customer documentation for internal handover
• Following up on goals, analyzing results, and working on continuous improvements
• Managing customer cases and follow-ups in Salesforce.
• Reporting and handling internal deviations, improvement suggestions in SVA Smart Process
• Ensuring compliance with workplace safety, laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Contributing to development and change initiatives.

We are looking for someone who is results-oriented, relationship-building, and motivated by creating new business. You have a good understanding of the sales process and thrive in a role focused on new customer sales.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Experience in sales/negotiation with customers.
• The ability to create, maintain, and develop strong business relationships
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• A valid driver's license (B)
