Experienced Nursing Assistant Needed for Home Care

We are looking for an experienced and trained nursing assistant who is used to working independently as a coordinator within home care. It is important that you possess personal qualities that fit the role, as we place great emphasis on this.
In your role as a coordinator, you will be responsible for both administrative and operational processes regarding our clients. This includes coordinating staff and daily staffing, scheduling, and planning. You will also have contacts with care managers, relatives, clients, and other partners.
To thrive and succeed in this role, you should have very good knowledge of scheduling and staffing both in the short and long term, as well as a good understanding of logistics. It is also important that you have experience with Mobil Omsorg/Epsilon and are well acquainted with the Phoniro and pulsenCombine systems, as they are an important part of the daily work. The position is located in Bäckby.
To be considered for the position, it is a requirement that you have a driver's license and very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Note: The position is a temporary position with the possibility of a permanent employment.
