About us

We are soon opening a modern ramen restaurant focused on real flavors, craftsmanship, and high quality. With us, the experience is at the center – from broth and noodles to toppings and service. We are building a kitchen team with ambitions, where you will be involved in developing both work routines and the menu.

About the position

We are now looking for a chef with experience in ramen or Japanese cuisine, who can strengthen our kitchen team ahead of the opening and beyond. You will work with everything from preparations and mise en place to service, with extra focus on ramen components such as broth, tare, oils, and toppings.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparation of ramen and other Japanese dishes according to recipes and quality
• 
  
• Preparations: broth cooking, tare, oils, meat/toppings, vegetables, etc.
• 
  
• Mise en place and efficient handling during service
• 
  
• Ingredient management, quality assurance, and waste control
• 
  
• Maintain order, hygiene, and routines according to self-control
• 
  
• Contribute ideas and improvements to the menu and working methods

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a chef (preferably in Japanese cuisine/ramen, but not a requirement if you are the right person)
• 
  
• Is quick, structured, and meticulous
• 
  
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes responsibility for your station
• 
  
• Has good teamwork skills and a positive attitude
• 
  
• Speaks Swedish or English
