We are looking for a service advisor in Bromma.

Of course, you don’t need to be an artist, but we are looking for someone who prefers to be on the front line rather than in back office! Working in customer service with us is more than just a job - it’s a lifestyle!

As our ambassador, you will follow both our brand guidelines as well as our own service process to ensure a high level of service. You have previous experience in the automotive industry and/or basic knowledge of the workshop process.

You also play an important role in providing our customers with a great customer experience throughout their contact with us. Common tasks include taking care of visiting customers, answering inquiries via phone and email, booking jobs, and largely handling administration. Administration such as: Calculating quotes, supporting technicians, claiming warranties, sending calculations to insurance companies via Cabas.

Those applying for the role must be forward-thinking and responsible individuals who enjoy problem-solving and exceeding customer expectations.

You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have no issues with data systems. Previous experience with our business systems Winassist and Cabas is considered an extra merit.
