Control Preparer for Defense Industry in Karlskrona

We are looking for an experienced welder who wants to learn about control plans for complex manufacturing. Previous experience as IWS or in welding inspection is not required, although it is considered an advantage. On behalf of a client in the defense industry, we are now seeking a control preparer to strengthen their operations in Karlskrona.

In the role of control preparer, you will work on both new construction and modernization projects of marine vessels. You will be an important link between design and production, actively contributing to the development and integration of new technical solutions. The work involves quality assurance of technical documentation and ensuring that correct and complete control documentation is established and followed throughout the production phase.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in preparation, welding, OFP work, or equivalent relevant education
• Preferably IWS training or equivalent competence
• Experience working with Weldeye is an advantage
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written
