Our Operations

Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (BUP) is a cutting-edge section. Here we meet children and adolescents up to 18 years old and their families. We work based on evidence-based methods and standardized care processes, placing great importance on high-quality care, care development, and research. At the clinic in Enköping, we currently have doctors, specialist nurses, and secretaries working. The department head and administrator are present one day a week. To ensure that patients receive good care and treatment, we now wish to hire three psychologists. We are conducting a targeted improvement effort in our care and are actively working to improve and develop the work environment for our staff. The employees at the clinic are open, positive, competent, and ambitious, making it easy for new hires to integrate into the team.

Your Mission

We are now looking for three psychologists for the BUP clinic in Enköping. The role of the psychologist involves working with the treatment of children and adolescents and their families together with the rest of the team. Continuous collaboration with parents and caregivers is a natural part of the job. The work also includes collaboration with other BUP operations, schools, and social services. Being a psychologist at Akademiska sjukhuset is an exciting job where you meet people in many different situations. You will also be part of a skilled team that supports and helps each other while you will work independently. Here, you can expect a varied job with challenging tasks.

Your Qualifications

You are a licensed psychologist. It is an advantage if you have experience working with children and young people. You enjoy working in interprofessional teams and want to contribute positively to the development of the clinic's work and routines.

You always put the patient first and are responsible and motivated in your work. You are not only a skilled psychologist but also an engaged and positive colleague who contributes to a good work environment. We Offer

We offer a permanent position. As a new employee with us, you will receive a mentor. The work is scheduled during daytime on weekdays. You will work on-site at the clinic Monday to Wednesday. On Thursday and Friday, you will work from home with video consultations, phone follow-ups, and administration. You will work in a team with wonderful colleagues.
