What does the job entail?

The assignment involves study guidance at a municipal primary school in Solna. Your work includes planning, implementation, and follow-up of the teaching you conduct based on the curriculum. You will be part of a pedagogical team together with other mother tongue teachers. We work to ensure that all students reach their full potential! We also participate in networks across the county to develop teaching, with the student in focus.

You will be a study guide at 5%.

Who are we looking for?

• You must be able to speak Fula.
• Experience as a study guide is an advantage.
• You need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language (at least SAS 2) as the work involves daily contacts with Swedish-speaking colleagues, pedagogical documentation, and administrative work in Swedish.

As a study guide with us, you have a good understanding of how students absorb knowledge and people's different conditions, you communicate clearly and ensure that your message gets through, you plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively. Furthermore, you make correct assessments and priorities and work well with others. You easily adapt to changing circumstances and see opportunities in changes.

The position is a fixed-term employment until June 11, 2026, at 5%, with immediate start or by agreement. If the ordered time for study guidance changes, the position may be terminated early.
